i just thought i would let you know what is working for me. glad you have this site and hop it will be visited. i have a filter now and an accountability partner that i check in with regularly along with talking to eric. i use the covenant eyes program. you can find it at http://www.covenanteyes.com it works pretty good but the accountability part is the best. it doesn't work with macs though just pcs. i have not looked at any porn since january 12, 2008 and things are getting easier now. i would come to the group but i live in andalusia so it just won' t work for me and my work schedule. i will try to post on here again sometime.

Thanks for being the first to check in here. And here are a couple of resources that others might want to look at. Bethesda Workshops http://www.bethesdaworkshops.org is a tremendous resource for men in recovery. Another guy that I am working with just got back from a workshop and he was really high on the help he got while there. Another helpful resource can be found at Faithful and True Atlanta http://www.christiansexualintegrity.org/Welcome.html I am working with Richard Blankenship towards my clinical certification with AACCSAS http://sexaddictioncertification.org/Home.html. He is very helpful and he also facilitates workshops for men and does couple's therapy. If you visit the AACCSAS site you can find Christian Counselors certified for work in this area throughout the country.
